What is the purpose of the 'X' button on the BMW X4 dashboard?

I noticed that there is a small 'X' button next to the hazard light button on my BMW X4 dashboard. What is the purpose of this button and when should I use it?

The 'X' button is called the 'All Off' button and it disables all of the active settings in your car, such as the air conditioning and radio. It is useful when leaving your car for an extended period of time, as it saves battery power. However, keep in mind that after using this button, you will need to adjust your settings again next time you start your car.

The 'X' button is also known as the 'Master Switch' and it can be used to quickly turn off all of the lights on the exterior of your car. This is especially helpful if you have mistakenly left your headlights on and want to prevent your battery from draining. Just remember to turn it back on before driving off.

In addition to turning off the lights, the 'X' button can also be used to disable the interior lights in your car. This can come in handy if you want to have a peaceful drive without any distractions from the lights. Just remember to turn it back on when you need to see inside your car.
