What is the service interval for the BMW M5 cooling system?

I recently bought a used BMW M5 and I want to make sure I'm taking proper care of it. I've heard horror stories about cooling system failures on BMWs, so I want to make sure I'm staying on top of maintenance. What is the recommended service interval for the cooling system on the BMW M5? And what should I do to ensure it stays in good condition?

Hi Samantha, it's always a good idea to stay on top of maintenance for your BMW M5. The recommended service interval for the cooling system is every 60,000 miles or every 4 years, whichever comes first.

Hi Samantha, congratulations on your new BMW M5! As for the cooling system, make sure to regularly check the coolant level and top it off if needed. Also, be sure to check for any leaks or cracks in the hoses. It's also a good idea to have the cooling system flushed every 2-3 years to prevent any buildup.
