Why do the brakes on the BMW M2 feel different compared to other cars?

I recently test drove a BMW M2 and noticed that the brakes felt different compared to other cars. They seemed to have less initial bite and required more pedal pressure to slow down. Is this normal for BMW vehicles or is something wrong with the brakes?

The brakes on BMW M2 are known to have a different feel compared to other cars. This is due to their performance-oriented design, which allows for more precise braking control. However, if you feel like the brakes are not functioning properly, I recommend taking the car to a BMW dealership for an inspection.
