Why does my BMW 3 Series engine feel rough at idle?

I own a BMW 3 Series and lately, I've noticed that the engine feels rough when I'm idling at a stop. It's a bit concerning as it's not something I've experienced before. Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it?

There could be a few reasons why your engine is feeling rough at idle. It's possible that your spark plugs are dirty or worn, causing the engine to misfire. Another possibility is a faulty idle air control valve, which controls the amount of air entering the engine when idling. I would recommend getting your spark plugs and idle air control valve checked by a mechanic to see if they need to be replaced. This should help smooth out your engine's idle.
