Why does my BMW 3 Series make a knocking noise when I accelerate?

I recently noticed a knocking noise coming from my BMW 3 Series when I accelerate. It seems to only happen when I'm driving at higher speeds. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It sounds like you may have a problem with your engine or transmission. It's important to get this checked out by a professional mechanic as soon as possible to avoid any further damage to your car.

This could be caused by a number of issues, such as worn out spark plugs or a loose engine mount. I recommend bringing your car to a BMW specialist for a thorough inspection and diagnosis.

I had a similar issue with my BMW 3 Series and it turned out to be a problem with the drive shaft. I suggest getting this checked out by a reputable mechanic to prevent any further damage.
