Why does my BMW M6 make a clicking noise when turning?

I recently noticed that my BMW M6 makes a clicking noise when I turn the steering wheel. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It's possible that your M6's CV joints are worn out. It's best to get them checked and replaced if necessary as soon as possible to avoid further damage.

The clicking could also be due to a faulty power steering pump. Have a mechanic check it and replace it if needed. It's not a problem you want to ignore.
