Why does my BMW M6's engine make a grinding noise?

I recently noticed that my BMW M6's engine started making a grinding noise. It only happens when I accelerate and it's starting to worry me. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

The grinding noise could be a sign of a worn out engine belt or a faulty bearing. I would recommend taking your car to a certified mechanic to get it checked out and avoid any potential damage to your engine.

Check your oil level first, low oil can cause engine noise. If that's not the issue, it could be a problem with your spark plugs. It's important to get it checked out to avoid any further damage to your engine.

Have you noticed any performance issues along with the noise? It could be a problem with your transmission. I would suggest getting a diagnostic test done to pinpoint the exact cause of the noise.
