Why does the onboard computer in my BMW 6 Series keep resetting?

I have a 2015 BMW 6 Series and the onboard computer keeps resetting every time I turn off the car. Is this a common issue? How can I fix it?

It could be a faulty battery, I would recommend getting it checked by a mechanic.

Have you checked for any loose connections? That could also cause the onboard computer to reset.
