Hi Emma, the error code P0128 is indicating that the engine coolant temperature is below the specified range. This can be caused by a malfunctioning thermostat, low coolant level, or a faulty temperature sensor. I would recommend checking these areas first before replacing any parts.

Hi Emma, another common cause of this error code is a stuck open thermostat. This can lead to poor fuel economy and potential engine damage if not addressed quickly. It is best to have a mechanic inspect and replace the thermostat if necessary.

Hi Emma, make sure to also check your engine coolant levels and top off if needed. Low coolant levels can also cause this error code. If the levels are fine, then the issue could be with the temperature sensor itself and it may need to be replaced.
