Why is my BMW 7 Series making a strange noise while driving?

I have noticed a weird humming sound coming from my BMW 7 Series while driving at high speeds. It seems to be coming from under the hood. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It is possible that the noise is coming from a faulty wheel bearing. You should get it checked by a mechanic as soon as possible to avoid any further damage.
