I recently purchased a BMW i8 and I'm having trouble reaching its advertised top speed of 155 mph. I've noticed that even when I floor the accelerator, the car only reaches about 120 mph. Is there something wrong with my car or am I doing something wrong?
ReplyHi Samantha, congratulations on your new BMW i8! Don't worry, there may be a few different reasons why your car is not reaching its maximum speed.
Firstly, make sure you have the car in the correct driving mode. The BMW i8 has an eDrive mode and a Sport mode, both of which offer different performance levels.
Also, check the tire pressure on your car. Low tire pressure can greatly affect a car's performance and top speed.
