Why is the BMW X2's engine producing less power than advertised?

I recently bought a BMW X2 and noticed that the engine seems to be producing less power than what was advertised. Is this normal or is there something wrong with my car?

Dear Alex, it is possible that your car is experiencing a common issue with the engine's turbo boost pressure. I would recommend bringing your car to a BMW dealership or certified mechanic to have it checked and potentially repaired.

Hi Alex, it could also be a problem with your car's air intake system. It is important to keep this system clean and free from debris to ensure optimal performance. Have you checked this recently?

Hello Alex, another factor could be the quality of fuel being used in your car. Using lower octane fuel can result in reduced engine power. Try using premium fuel and see if that makes a difference.
