Why is the brake pedal vibrating in my BMW X3?

I've noticed that when I press on the brake pedal in my BMW X3, it vibrates slightly. Is this normal or is there something wrong with my brakes?

It is not normal for your brake pedal to vibrate. This could be a sign of warped brake rotors, which can happen if your brakes are overheating or if they were not installed properly. I suggest taking your car to a mechanic to have it checked.

I had the same issue with my BMW X3 and it turned out to be a problem with the brake pads. They were worn down and needed to be replaced. I recommend getting your brake pads checked and replaced if needed.

The vibrating brake pedal could also be a sign of a failed wheel bearing. This is a safety hazard as it can cause your wheel to detach while driving. I advise taking your car to a professional immediately.
