How can I reduce wind noise in my BMW Z4?

I love driving my BMW Z4, but the wind noise can be very distracting on the highway. Is there any way to reduce or eliminate this noise?

One possible solution is to make sure all windows and the convertible top are tightly closed. Any gaps can contribute to wind noise.
