How do I adjust the headrest in my BMW XM?

I recently bought a BMW XM and I can't seem to figure out how to adjust the headrest. Can someone please explain how to adjust the headrest in this car model?

To adjust the headrest in your BMW XM, simply locate the button on the side of the headrest and press down on it while pulling up or pushing down on the headrest to adjust it to your desired height.
