How do I adjust the seat height in my BMW X1?

I am finding it uncomfortable to drive my BMW X1 because the seat seems to be too low. Can anyone help me figure out how to adjust the seat height?

To adjust the seat height in your BMW X1, first locate the height adjustment lever on the side of the seat. Pull it up to unlock the seat and then use the lever to adjust the height. Make sure to lock the lever back in place after adjusting.
