How does the BMW iX3 engine perform at high altitudes?

I am planning to drive my BMW iX3 to the mountains and I am wondering if the engine performs well at high altitudes. Will there be any decrease in power or fuel efficiency?

Hi Samantha, as an owner of a BMW iX3, I can tell you that the engine performs just as well at high altitudes as it does at sea level. There won't be any decrease in power or fuel efficiency. Just make sure to check your tire pressure before your trip for optimal performance.
