I have a BMW 5 Series, and it won't start. The starter motor is turning, but the engine won't kick over. What could be the issue?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a problem with your fuel pump. This could be due to a clogged fuel filter or a faulty fuel pump. I would recommend checking these components first before moving on to other potential issues.

Another possible cause could be a faulty ignition coil. This is a common issue in BMWs and can cause problems with the engine not starting. I would suggest having the ignition coil checked and replaced if necessary.

Have you checked your battery? Sometimes, a weak or dead battery can prevent the engine from starting. I would recommend having your battery tested and possibly replaced if needed.
