What are the recommended tire sizes for a BMW 6 Series?

I'm looking to replace the tires on my BMW 6 Series and I'm not sure what size to go with. Can anyone recommend the best tire sizes for this car?

The recommended tire sizes for the BMW 6 Series are 245/45R18 for the front and 275/40R18 for the rear.
