What should I do if my BMW i3 won't start?

I recently purchased a BMW i3 and today it won't start. I'm not sure what could be the problem. The battery seems to be working since the lights are turning on, but the car won't start. What could be causing this issue?

First, try checking the battery terminals for any corrosion or loose connections. If everything seems to be connected properly, then it's possible that your battery is weak or dead. Try jump starting the car or getting a new battery.

If it's not a battery issue, it's possible that there could be a problem with the ignition switch or starter motor. You may need to take your car to a mechanic for further diagnosis and repair. Don't try to fix it yourself unless you have experience and proper tools.

If your BMW i3 is still under warranty, it's best to contact your dealership for assistance. They may be able to provide a loaner vehicle while your car is being repaired.
