Why is my BMW i4 not accelerating smoothly?

I recently purchased a BMW i4 and noticed that the acceleration is not as smooth as I expected. Whenever I press on the accelerator, there is a slight delay before the car starts moving. Can someone please explain why this is happening and how I can improve the acceleration?

This could be due to the car's eco-mode settings. Try disabling eco-mode and see if the acceleration improves.

It could also be a problem with the car's battery. Have you had it checked recently?
