Why is my BMW M8's engine making a ticking noise?

I noticed that my BMW M8's engine is making a ticking noise when I start it up. It goes away after a few minutes, but is this something I should be concerned about?

The ticking noise could be caused by a few different things. It could be a problem with the valve train, such as worn out lifters or a loose rocker arm. It could also be an issue with the fuel injectors or the timing belt. I would recommend getting it checked out by a mechanic just to be safe.

I had the same issue with my BMW M8 and it turned out to be a faulty ignition coil. The ticking noise was caused by a misfire in one of the cylinders. I would suggest getting the ignition coils checked and potentially replaced.
