Why is the BMW 7 Series not starting?

I just bought a new BMW 7 Series and it won't start. The battery seems fine and all the lights turn on, but the engine won't start. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

First, check if there is enough fuel in the car. If not, fill it up and try starting the car again. If that's not the issue, then it could be a problem with the ignition system or a faulty starter.
