How do I adjust the headlights on my BMW X6?

I recently bought a used BMW X6 and I noticed that the headlights seem to be too low. How can I adjust them to make sure they are properly aligned?

First, park your car on a level surface facing a wall or garage door. Then, identify the horizontal and vertical adjustment screws on the back of the headlights.
