First, make sure you vacuum the seats regularly to remove any dirt and dust. Then, use a mild leather cleaner and a soft brush to gently clean the seats. Make sure to wipe off any excess cleaner and let the seats dry completely. I also recommend using a leather conditioner every few months to keep the seats moisturized and prevent cracking.

I've found that using a microfiber cloth with warm water and a small amount of dish soap works well for cleaning leather seats. Just be sure to rinse off any soap residue and dry the seats immediately afterwards. You can also use a leather protector spray to prevent spills and stains from setting in.

For stubborn stains, you may need to use a specialized leather cleaner specifically formulated for BMW leather. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as they can damage the leather. And remember to always test a small, inconspicuous area first before cleaning the entire seat.
