Why does my BMW i5 make a strange noise when accelerating?

I recently purchased a BMW i5 and have noticed that it makes a strange noise when I accelerate. It almost sounds like a whirring or grinding sound. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It is possible that the noise is coming from a worn out clutch. I would recommend taking your car to a certified mechanic to have it checked and if necessary, replaced.

Another potential cause could be a loose or damaged exhaust pipe. This can not only create strange noises, but also affect the performance of your vehicle. I suggest having it inspected and repaired if needed.

If the noise only occurs when the car is in motion, it could be an issue with the wheel bearings. This is a safety concern that should be addressed as soon as possible.
